Massive Blaze Erupts at 67‑Storey Dubai Marina Tower; Nearly 4,000 Evacuated Safely

A serious fire broke out late on Friday night at the Marina Pinnacle (also referred to as Tiger Tower), a 67‑storey residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina. Flames erupted around 9:30 PM on the upper floors, prompting a large‑scale evacuation of all 3,820 residents living in 764 apartments  .





Firefighters from Dubai Civil Defence battled the blaze for nearly six hours, finally containing it by early Saturday morning. Although thick smoke lingered into the early hours as crews conducted cooling operations, authorities confirmed no injuries or casualties  .

• All residents were evacuated safely—some had to escape via elevators when smoke blocked staircases  .

• Tram services between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah stations were temporarily halted to facilitate emergency response  .

• Medical and mental health support was provided by on‑site ambulance teams during the evacuation  .
